On this page I’m gonna talk to you about a lot of things to show you how private franchising is the solution. Well you can call this concept whatever you want there is a lot of names for private franchising, it’s basically franchising without a capitalization cost. I’m going to explain it more to you in this blog, so pay attention because private franchising is the solution.


But first of all I want to talk to you about are you getting everything that you deserve. Because my guess is that you have not been shown all the opportunities you could have, you’ve probably been miss led in most cases in my opinion, and I think that you are worth a lot more your spouse is worth a lot more your children deserve allot more and I want to talk to you about how to get it.

I really want to talk to you about how to get everything that you truly deserve. That’s why I made this page on my blog because I know of a solution (private franchising) that will give you everything that you deserve.

I going to show you how to obtain more than you have ever obtained before. Well my guess is that you did the same thing that I did or had the same opportunity that I did. You went to school studied hard you were told to get good grades so you can go out and get a good job and the implication was that such a thing existed, that a good job was out there and if you were a good boy or girl and you did everything you were suppose to do then everything would turn out great.

Well let me ask you this, how is that working so far? Are you running out of space in your dresser drawer to stuff you extra cash into. Are you Just having more time available then you ever thought, my gosh no politics, no stress, no bureaucracy, no threats to your occupation. Is it just a wonderful deal?

Or are you finding out like I did that it’s not quite the deal that everybody said it would be. You know financial planners tell us that not only should we make money to support our lifestyle. But we should set aside ten percent of our income for charity. It helps create the basis of society and helps us have some foundation people can lean on. They also tell us that we should put ten percent away for our saving and for our future.

Well let me talk about that for a second. I want to ask you how the money saving part going. Every time the check comes in the mail do you set aside that ten percent before you spend any money or pay any bills? Do you tell your wife every paycheck? “Sure honey let’s put away that ten percent” Is the pile of money just stacking up in your back yard casting a shadow over your neighbors swimming pool?

Or are you having a hard time saving any money at all? Well if you are like me then you’re having a hard time trying to save any money. I tried saving money before and when I did something would always come up that would cost as much as I had saved, so it never lasted long at all.

The frustration is that you work very very hard to find out that you run out of money before you run out of month. And every single month it’s the same story over and over again struggling and struggling to divide a little bit over a long ways and I just think that you deserve more than that.

I think that you and I settle for that because of the fact that, that’s what everyone does. Well let me tell you this, not everybody does do that. And there are other options. And sanity is not statistical just because everyone in your cubical or neighborhood does that doesn’t mean that’s the way it’s supposed to be.

There is phrase that says, a lot of people clime the latter of success to find out that its leaning against the wrong building. Unfortunately the price you pay to find that out is most of your life if not all of it. You spend your whole life working Just to say oh my gosh this is not where I wanted to be and it’s a long climb down and most of us don’t wanna take that long walk down the latter to find another opportunity.

Well my recommendation is that you don’t clime down the latter my recommendation is that you jump down and find another opportunity because life is short and you deserve the greatest opportunity that you can get and too often we haven’t been told the whole story. Only to find out there is a better option. That’s what I want to talk to you about is a better option.

One of the problems that we all have no matter what our occupation is that we get paid by trading hours for dollars. Now think about this, the way to define success is not by how much money you make. What good does it do to make a whole lot of money if you don’t have any time to enjoy it? If you’re on your third or fourth family just because you’re rich then spending all that time at work didn’t do any good. And that’s not success.

So a lot of people say “we don’t want to give up our family success so we chose not to make a lot of money.” If that was the only choice you had then I think that you made the right choice. I hope you would always pick your family over making money. Money is never that important.

But what if there is another choice because unfortunately it’s not real productive either to be totally broke and be with your family and teach them how to be broke also. It would be nice to have some financial flexibility so you could go do the things that you want to do.

The problem is in order to be successful financially we give up the very most important thing we have in our life and that’s time. That’s the one thing we want the most of, is time. So to make more money you give up more time and there is always that basis that we work against, we get paid by the hour.

When I was a truck driver I got paid by the hour and I got paid a lot by the hour and I loved getting paid by the hour in tell I was informed of a different way to make money the best way to make money. I was taught that getting paid by the hour wasn’t the best way. Because when I wasn’t working I wasn’t getting paid. I made a lot of money as a truck driver and I could always give my family what they needed but I had to leave months at a time to make money and I was stripped of my time to spend with my family. So making all that money didn’t help me I had no control of time. I just got paid more by the hour because of the job I had. To put it simple I had no time to spend doing the things that I wanted to do and life is too short to be spending it doing what you don’t want to do. Please understand that and I hope that means something to you.

Your gonna find that there are a lot of successful people in your town financially that don’t have any control over their time they got a tighter collar around there neck and a shorter leash then most of the people that work for them and that is not success.

I wanna talk to you about how private franchising can give you control over time and money in your life. I think the ultimate job would be to have a photo copy machine and stick your face into it make ten of you send them to work and you would make ten times the income and you get to go play with your family. Unfortunately those things don’t exist. OR Do they?

In the 1950 a new business concept came up called franchising and Ray Krock was one of the fist guys that really started it. He is the one who started Mc Donald’s. Ray Krock found an idea, found a way that you could take something and instead of just getting paid by the hour with that something. You could help another person have another opportunity and because they were so successful and excited you could make a small percentage off it. And you were both really happy about it. That means if Ray Krock could help someone to start a McDonald’s then he could make a small percentage off that McDonald’s.

Ray crock was a milk machine salesman and he would go around to these little burger joints and he would sell them milk machines. And he found a couple of brothers by the name of McDonald’s who had a restaurant that was really simple, not a complicated menu even today they don’t even have hot dogs they just have hamburgers. They had a little simple way to make these hamburgers and it was a pattern that anybody could follow and because of it they had several restaurants and those restaurants worked very very well because it was simple and everybody had a pattern and they said if they can have a pattern two or three times then why not two or three dozen times and they bought the rights to be able to franchise that concept.

So what he did was went out and got a friend of his into business and set him up in his first McDonald’s restaurant and his friend got most of the money. His friend got most the profit in fact he made enough profit he could support his family put his kids through college and he did very very well. He could do everything he needed to do to develop a full lifestyle just by owning one restaurant. Now ray Kroc got paid a little bit for helping that guy succeed the guy who built the restaurant made the money but Ray Kroc only made a little bit but not enough to quit being a milk machine salesman.

So he went and helped a second friend start a McDonald’s and that guy he helped made a good living he made a good income. And that happened over and over again that Ray Kroc only got a little bit and now there are over 27,000 McDonald’s in the world today and when you add up all those little bits they are a gob. And every one of those people was very excited that they made the money that they made. They don’t grudge that Ray Kroc made a little bit at all and when you add up all those little bits and it’s a gob it creates a whole different concept to what you and I were taught in school.

Since you and I only get paid for what we do that means when we don’t do it we don’t get paid. Right? What happens when you don’t show up for work? You don’t get paid. So think of Ray Kroc most people don’t’ know that name so they don’t know that he died. Since he died did they shut down the McDonald’s in your hometown I bet they didn’t I bet there still running. I bet they’ve opened up new ones since he died. What a great business if it works that good when he is dead imagine what it was like he was alive. Now what would happen to your income if you didn’t perform or died? If you didn’t show up than most likely your income wouldn’t show up. So your income stops because you only get paid for what you do.

Private franchising is a concept that allows you to get paid to help people succeed. You get rewarded by empowering other people remember what your mother said do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Now wouldn’t it be great if that was the way it was. The golden rule of businesses is to do unto others before they do unto you. That’s the way it seems like it is in business. So we’re trying to stab people in the back before they stab us in the back. And that’s not a fun life it’s not fun to be stabbed in the back and it’s not fun to stab other people in the back. You don’t sleep well at night.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a business like ray Kroc did where the only way to succeed was to help other people succeed more than he did in their particular business? If he helped a lot of People succeed then he would have great success. Such success that he could be dead and the business will still succeed. His wife Joan is one of the wealthiest women on the planet and the rumor is she hasn’t been flipping burgers for long time.

So something is going on here what’s the deal what’s happening here? Well he duplicated himself and the problem is we don’t have the ability to duplicate ourselves. I couldn’t duplicate myself as a truck driver.

You see we were never taught this concept. Maybe I’m wrong were you taught this concept about going out and getting your own franchise or were you taught what I got taught, to go to school and get a good job that’s limited. If that good job works and everyone is turning out great and they have money stuffed away and they have all the time in the world to do the things they love. Then why listen to me.

If you live in America or Canada then you live in the richest continent in the world. And you would think that if you and I have worked 40 years of our life then we should be ok. And my guess is People don’t sit and talk about this there is just a worm fuzzy feeling that they assume everything is going to be ok. But we got to look at the facts.

After working for 40 years of our life what do you think is happening to the average sixty five year old According to the social security administration?

Is he retiring? Does he have one hundred thousand dollars in the bank? Does he buy a motor home and travel all over the country to visit his family? NO!! That’s what a lot of people think but that’s not what happens.

It always amazes me that you can work your brains out and you can hardly pay your bills with a full time job especially if there are two of you working in your house hold. And then you expect to retire and live on a forth of your income and people also think they are going to buy a motor home and travel everywhere on a fourth of their income.

I’m not an expert at math but how do you and other people get that kind of conclusion out of that? Working your brains out and not having enough to pay the bills and then expect to retire and live on a fourth of your income you were making that wasn’t enough in the first place. It just don’t make since to me. And you, my family the schools and every broke person I meet is going to tell me to get a job and work for the rest of my life only to find out that I can’t even retire and I’m gonna have a shitty life constantly worrying about time, money and stress the whole time because that’s what everyone thinks is the way to live. Here are the real facts the truth not the fantasy that everyone has about retirement, the fantasy that people don’t like to think about everyday because if they did then they would realize that it’s just a fantasy and it doesn’t work.

The truth is this that at the age of 65 in this country 23 percent of people are still working. Why do you think they are working? Because they are having so much fun they just don’t want to quit. You know that’s not it. The social security administration says that 30 percent of the people are depended on a charity. After working there entire life people can’t even feed their selves they are depended on a charity just to exist. You may not wanna get rich but don’t you think that if you’re going to work every single day like all the other people that you’re at least going to be ok and be able to feed yourself at the age of 65. I bet you presume that but the facts are you’re not. And another 45 percent can’t feed themselves either but instead of depending on a charity they are dependent on their children.

Yeah that sounds good I’m gonna tell my kids to listen to me and do everything that I do because some day I’m gonna be totally incompetent and there gonna have to take care of me some day. That carries no credibility at all. That’s not going to be me I’m gonna let my kids start were I left off, not start from nothing at a crummy job. I’m gonna empower my family into whatever direction I decide. I hope you do to.

Now that’s 70 percent of the people in this country that are dependent on a charity just to live, 30 percent on a charity of some kind and 45 percent relying on their kids as a charity. That only leaves 2 percent left that can be financially independent I don’t mean filthy rich. I mean they can pay their rent and buy their food. That sucks only 2 percent of the people in the richest county in the world can live the way life should be lived.

When you look at all the people that have a job and go from job to job, how many of those people realize what is happening to them. I encourage you to dig your well before you’re thirsty. I’m telling you that the options (jobs) out there aren’t good at all when you actually know the facts about them and how it’s gonna be in the future.

I’m participating in private franchising not because I want to it’s because every other alternative available to me is nothing compared to private franchising. It’s the best choice when you look at all the alternatives. And if you knew about private franchising then you would know that it is the best alternative that you have. This concept is absolutely huge and so rewarding that’s why you have to look at private franchising for a solution for your family.

Things have changed in our society since Ray Kroc started. They say today to buy a new McDonald’s franchise would cost you 1.3 million dollars. My guess is that most of you don’t have that on you and couldn’t round it up real quick. And then you haven’t franchised yourself you only have one McDonald’s, you haven’t duplicated yourself at all.

Technology has drastically changed so much and because of that change its possible today to be in your kitchen in the middle of the morning on a bad hair day in your bathrobe with a child on your knee sitting in front of a computer or telephone and interacting with hundreds of different businesses without having to go downtown to a corner business to participate in private franchising. Because of technology today you can do so much more from your home. Now if you would put in the energy to talk to people and incorporate those people and get them to franchise. They can all do the same thing from their homes and you can have huge interacting businesses that have potential that goes way beyond what McDonald’s is doing.

I get really excited about this concept and you would too if you knew the potential it has and the future it can create for you.

Let’s compare private franchising to what you’re going to do at a regular job. Let’s talk about what franchising does and why private franchising is a great idea. Why does private franchising solve all the problems of climbing the latter of success only to find out its leaning against the wrong building? I’m gonna explain how private franchising solves the problem of working your brains out to barely have enough money to make things out there. I’m gonna show you what the differences are.

Imagine if you will two circles one over another a little circle at the bottom that will be you and a big circle on the top which would be the company that you work for a corporation a boss looking over your head. Now if you put out the effort at that job in the little circle to create 2,800 dollars.

Let’s say you put out the effort to create that amount of money for the company you work for. Now let’s say for an example I’m your boss. I own the corporation that you’re working for. I’m the big circle. Now if you and only you created that much money at that corporation. What would be the fair way to split that $2800 that you generated in profit? Should we split a 50 50 you probably think you deserve more than half don’t you because you did all the work the truth is the corporation gets to keep most of that money and you only get a small portion of it like $800 and I get the $2,000. That’s why people aren’t fired up about going to work they just wanna go home. I don’t have a huge vocabulary but I think you’re getting ripped off. You did all the effort you created the profit and you get less than I do for owning the corporation.

Now let’s talk about what happens with private franchising let’s take the same circles remember you were the little circle on the bottom and I was the big circle on the top and you get paid a little and I’d get paid a lot.

You know what franchising does it’s so simplistic it simply switches the circles so you’re now the big circle and I’m a little circle on the bottom. The person who franchises you into a franchise (the franchisor) is the little circle just like I described earlier when ray Kroc set his friends up in business. Ray Kroc gets the little bit and they’d get the big amount. Let’s say you’re putting out effort now to create $2800 and now we split it. Well in a franchise you get the 2000 and I only get the 800. Would you be way more fired up for the same amount of effort to create the same amount of profit and you get more than I do. I would think so.

What if we changed this at your corporation, what if wherever you go to work the same place same building same people you make the same product and do the same thing and here is the one thing that we change. What if starting tomorrow we started allowing you and everybody else that works there to keep the majority of the profit they create rather than the corporation. Would people have a different attitude tomorrow? I know and you know they would have a hugely different attitude. They would want to come in early, they would want to stay and late, they would wanna work weekends, they would volunteer for holidays. Why? Because they are finally getting rewarded for what they do. They are excited about being able to go out and produce, they would be excited about being able to go to work.

I think when you reward people for what it is they’d do there gonna be excited to do it.

Now let’s say you I and all our friends worked at a factory. And one day I just got sick and tired of working my brains out to only get $800 a month and the owner of my company made the 2000. So let’s say I left all my friends at the factory. Went and opened up a McDonald’s franchise. Yeah I Gotta wear funny hat and flip dead comedy but guess what I get to keep more of my money. And my friends saw that and they said look were not prideful we will wear a funny hat we just wanna keep more of our money for families. And then they say hey we wanna get started a McDonald’s franchise too. I set the example by starting a McDonald’s, they got turned on, their excited about it. Can I franchise them into a McDonald’s franchise? No way! I will go to jail if I do that. Won’t I? Only McDonald’s can franchise. So what if I send these people’s names into McDonald’s what would McDonald’s send me back? Money! No! Will they send me a thank you card? No!

Now I think that that’s not fair. McDonald’s is going to profit off my friends and I’m not and I’m the one who got ‘them excited and got them started.

Now some people would say, well most people would say they would have a problem with that kind of concept where you would make money off your friends. People say I would never wanna be in a business where I would make money off other people. And then I think to myself people don’t think before they’d talk and try to put down a concept like private franchising. And what do these people do every day? They work all day! And do these people have any concept of what’s going on at their work. Do you know what’s happening at your work? Why do you think they are paying you? Is it just because you’re so dang good looking? I’ll tell you why they’re paying you and it’s for one reason because they’re making money off you. And here is a newsflash for you the day they stop making money off you they are not going to pay you anymore. So don’t say to me or anybody else that you don’t wanna be in a business where they make money off other people. You and everybody else just did it all day long.

The sin to me is not that they made money off you. The sin to me is that they made more money off you then you made off yourself. Now that’s not right. And I think you deserve more than that. People go out and work all day long and then try to say a concept like private franchising is wrong and doesn’t work.

You wanna be for people making money off other people. There is nothing wrong with people making money off the other people. You prayed to god they do. You want the grocery store to make money off you buying groceries so that there’ll always be groceries at that store. Right? You want the car salesman to make money off people buying cars so that there will always be a cars to buy. It’s called free enterprise its called commerce it’s why our society works it’s a great concept. The only sin is where they make more money off you then you do off the effort you put out. That’s the part that’s wrong.

Nobody will ever get mad at you or me when you or I put them in a situation similar to a franchise were they make $2,000 and I or you only make $800. Nobody’s ever gonna say. I hate you because you made $800 and I made $2,000. They get to keep $2000 and you and I only get to keep $800 nobody’s ever gonna get mad at that. It’s a pretty simple concept which is the bigger number. The $2000! If you were gonna get mad at me or anyone else then you must be furious at your boss because he’s getting $2,000 in your only get in the $800. You’ll never meet anybody that dumb.

Your friends probably wished they had a friend like me that would teach them how to make $2,000 and I only keep $800. I don’t like math or school but I still can figure out which is the bigger number. This concept makes sense. If you’re going to help people make more money than what you’re going to make out of the deal and they are going to be very very excited.

You know the problem is that we never grew up learning this concept and we always reject things that we don’t know. But this concept works incredibly well and why should the Krock family be only people to take advantage of it. Again we’re back to the golden rule do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Isn’t it great to have a business where the only way you can succeed is to help other people succeed? Now there is only one thing I have a problem with those franchises like McDonald’s. It’s that situation where you can’t franchise your friends and I don’t think that’s right. And that’s why a private franchising goes one more step letting you franchise the ambitious people you meet.

In every town in America there are probably 40 to 60% of the people that are ambitious and love their families, they would give there their lives for their families. So if they would give their lives than they would certainly work hard. And my mission in private franchising is to find those kinds of people. And everybody I get started in a franchise is gonna be more than happy with the money they make out of the deal.

It blows my mind how some people cannot get excited about this concept and yet I think to myself let me quit this and do what they do for a job. Would I be up all night foaming at the mouth with excitement? I don’t think so.

When you compare the alternatives I don’t think there’s anything else like this what so ever and that’s absolutely huge. It just cracks me up and I don’t feel sorry for them when people talk about how bad it is and how worse it’s getting for them and they won’t take the time to change what they don’t like and they will not look get new things (better options). People won’t look for new ways to help them change what they need to change they just blame it on their job, boss or even god or their family. People won’t look in the mirror and ask themselves do I really want to change. That change could be anything it’s up to you to figure it out.

I looked in the mirror and said “I’m gonna change my financial situation so I can retire my family and spend every bit of time I have with them and not at my job.” I said to myself “I’m gonna be free.”

I’m gonna tell you that if you’re going to be successful in life then your gonna have to think outside of the box. Look at things in a different way. If you do the same thing that everybody else does your gonna end up the same way everybody else does. And guess what… I’ve already talked about where there gonna end up an you’re not gonna like it.

If in private franchising I can not only be in a franchise but I can help my friends and other ambitious people be in a franchise. Imagine those circles again there’s a little circle at the top the franchisor; you’re the big circle you get to keep the $2,000. But you find this ambitious friend that’s wants to franchise and then let’s draw one more circle underneath you. He’s a big circle now, he gets to be in a business of his own and when he generates $2,800 he keeps the 2,000 and you only get the little bit.

So if you help a person get started and there business generates $2,800 then you only get to keep the $800. Then if you help another person make $2800 then you only keep $800. Every person you help make $2,800 you only get to keep the $800. And you start to see the benefit of this real quick because the power of duplication starts to take place and you create a residual income that will always go up.

If you help three people make $2800 then you made $800 dollars off each business and that adds up to $2400 dollars you made. And each person is happy that you only took $800 for helping them.

Now there is a small problem because there will be people that you meet and get into business with that will make more than $2800.  And then what happens to your $800? Oh darn it goes up. You also see another benefit of this concept because when you help people make $2800 and more and more they become some of your best friends.

That’s a little bit different than being at a job where somebody else is trying to milk you for all your worth and not get a pay increase. Isn’t it?

The really great thing about all this is that I make this concept work by using an engine that powers me.
